Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:

Order Cancellation Policy
⇒ Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
⇒ Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
⇒ If an order is refused after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded
